Why we’re building this.
Sending a package to someone inside is confusing and easy to get wrong. Facility rules vary, requirements change, and one mistake — the wrong brand, the wrong packaging, an item that isn’t on the approved list — can get the whole package rejected. That’s a real cost to families who are already carrying a lot. We’re building a simple, compliant service so care packages make it to the people they’re meant for.
